SMS Terms & Conditions

PlayGFs is a creator management and recruitment company. Our SMS program is used only to communicate with people who voluntarily apply to our creator management program and who explicitly opt in to text messages. We never send explicit content, media, or sexual solicitation by SMS.

1. Program Description

The PlayGFs Applicant & Onboarding SMS program sends operational text messages to applicants who submit an application on playgfs.com, provide a mobile number, and explicitly consent to SMS. Messages are limited to:

We do not send marketing of explicit material, sexual content, media attachments, or solicitation of any kind by SMS.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our application form and checking the separate, optional box that reads: "Yes, I agree to receive text messages from PlayGFs regarding my application, scheduling, onboarding and account support." The SMS box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of applying or of receiving our services — you may apply and be contacted by email or WhatsApp instead.

Message frequency varies based on your application status and interactions with our team. You will typically receive occasional operational messages related to your application and onboarding.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. PlayGFs does not charge for SMS.

5. Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS. You may still receive email or WhatsApp communications unless you opt out of those separately.

7. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable minimum age required by our messaging provider and mobile carriers, whichever is greater) to apply and to receive SMS. We collect your full date of birth to verify eligibility. If the minimum age required for this SMS program is higher than 18, we apply that higher threshold.

8. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing, and SMS consent is used only to operate this program.
