You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to apply to or use PlayGFs services. Valid government-issued photo identification is required and verified before any streaming activity. Any person appearing on a stream must also be 18+ and ID-verified.
PlayGFs provides streaming infrastructure, multi-platform broadcasting, traffic and promotion, coaching, account management, and payout processing for independent streamers ("Models") and talent agencies ("Agencies"). PlayGFs is not an employer; Models and Agencies are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes and legal compliance.
Earnings are generated through third-party streaming platforms and shared per the written agreement provided at onboarding. Payouts are initiated daily via ACH direct deposit (or agreed alternative) and typically settle the next business day. Earnings figures displayed on our website are observed ranges, not guarantees; individual results vary. Bonus programs (including the weekly streaming bonus) are governed by the qualifying terms in the model agreement and may be modified prospectively with notice.
Models set their own content limits and may change them at any time. The following are strictly prohibited on any stream: any person under 18 or unverified; drugs or drug use; animals; content that is non-consensual, violent, or otherwise prohibited by law or by the rules of the destination platforms. Violations result in immediate termination and may be reported to platforms and authorities.
We collect and retain identity verification records as required by applicable law and by the record-keeping requirements of the platforms to which streams are broadcast. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
Either party may end the relationship at any time. There are no exit fees or lock-in periods. Earned but unpaid balances are paid out on the normal schedule following termination.
Platform names and marks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners and identify the services to which streams are broadcast; no endorsement or partnership is implied unless separately stated in writing.
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayGFs disclaims indirect, incidental, and consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to amounts paid or payable to the affected party in the three months preceding the claim.
